Michamba had always dreamed of owning her own ice cream shop. Ever since she was a little girl, she spent hours drawing colorful cones and imagining the sweet aroma of freshly made waffle cones filling the air. But it wasn’t until last spring, after her promotion at a corporate job she didn’t love, that she decided it was time to turn her dream into a reality.

She found a small storefront in a busy part of town, nestled between an old bookstore and a vintage clothing shop. The space was tiny, but perfect for a quaint ice cream parlor. Lena poured every last penny she had into it—renovating the interior with bright pastel colors and a retro vibe that made people feel like they were stepping into a different era. She spent days testing flavors, experimenting with unexpected ingredients, and even crafting her own waffle cone recipe.

Opening day arrived, and Lena stood behind the counter, her heart racing. She had never been so nervous. It wasn’t the crowd that intimidated her; it was the possibility of failure. What if no one liked her ice cream? What if they walked past the shop and didn’t even stop?
